Job Description

The University of Nottingham is looking for a Deputy Director of Internal Audit to join its Internal Audit Services team in Nottingham. In this senior role, you will support the leadership of the university’s internal audit function, helping to provide independent assurance over governance, risk management and internal controls across the institution. You will help shape the risk-based audit programme, lead audit work, and share findings and recommendations that strengthen how the university operates. The role calls for an experienced internal audit professional with strong leadership, communication and stakeholder skills, and a relevant professional background.
