Job Description

The Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is appointing a Customer Service Representative for its Southern Recreation and Leisure Services division in Clinton, Maryland. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, the representative will greet patrons, answer questions in person and by phone, process program registrations, memberships and facility reservations, handle payments and basic recordkeeping, and help keep facilities safe, welcoming and customer-focused.

Salary: $15.45 – $21.98 Hourly
