Job Description

AccorHotels is hiring a restaurant general manager for Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, the brand’s first property in Bahrain. The role leads the overall restaurant operation, covering guest experience, team leadership, recruitment and training. The holder drives revenue and profitability, manages labour and operating costs, and ensures food safety, HACCP and luxury service standards. Previous experience as a restaurant manager or general manager in a luxury hotel, resort or high-end restaurant is required. The position is open to candidates of any nationality, and includes the Accor worldwide employee benefit card. Source: AccorHotels (Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain).
