Job Description

The West of England Combined Authority (West of England Mayoral Combined Authority) is recruiting a Procurement Manager in Bristol, England. This commercial lead role runs large, high-value procurements from strategy through contract award and mobilisation, covering transport, infrastructure and corporate services, advising senior stakeholders and keeping procurement governance up to date with changing legislation. The office is a new bright and airy office, with all the latest technology, close to Bristol Temple Meads Train Station. Hybrid working, typically 2 or 3 days in the office each week. Salary £54,143 – £57,561 (full-time equivalent; pro-rata for part-time; period not stated). Roles close at midnight on the closing date, 6 November 2026.
