KnowBe4 is hiring a remote HR Business Partner to act as the strategic global lead for the talent agenda of its assigned business functions.
The HR Business Partner (Global Functional Lead) defines the “what” of the talent agenda, owning functional talent strategy, organisational design and restructuring, succession and talent reviews, and global headcount planning with Finance and functional heads. Working in a matrixed global model, the role partners with Regional HR Leaders in the Americas, EMEA and APJ to adapt global programmes locally, serves as the primary point of contact for the function’s senior-most global leaders, and ensures consistency across performance, compensation and DEI programmes. The role also covers executive coaching and advisory, compensation strategy with the Total Rewards centre of excellence, liaison with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, and support for US employee relations cases.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field, with a Master’s or MBA preferred, and 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP capacity supporting executive leaders. The role calls for proven ability to influence across reporting lines, exceptional communication and strategic diplomacy, proficiency with Workday and a data-driven approach to HR analytics, and expert judgement in handling highly confidential matters. This is a full-time remote role, open to the US only, with proximity to KnowBe4’s Arlington, Clearwater or New York offices an added bonus. The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 – $120,000, and the application deadline is 12/11/2026.
