Job Description
Goody Garage Doors is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Mesa, Arizona. As the first point of contact for customers, you will answer inbound calls, help with scheduling and service needs, keep technicians and internal teams informed, provide timely updates, resolve customer concerns, and keep accurate records of every interaction. The role offers starting pay of $17 to $20 per hour, moving to hourly pay plus performance incentives after training, with realistic annual earnings of $47,000 to $60,000. Shifts run Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends as needed. The company looks for candidates with at least one year of customer service experience (home or emergency services and dispatch experience are a plus), strong communication and multitasking skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
