Job Description

AccorHotels is seeking an assistant restaurant manager to support daily restaurant operations at Raffles & Fairmont Doha, delivering luxury dining service and leading the restaurant team. The holder would manage rosters, stock and costs, drive upselling, and ensure HACCP and food-safety compliance. The role requires a hospitality degree or diploma and two to four years in restaurant operations, preferably in luxury hotels. English is required and Arabic is an advantage. It is open to applicants of any nationality.
