Job Description
Adelaide University is seeking a Student Social Media Officer (HEO6) to join the Student Communications team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a continuing, full-time role at the heart of how the University connects with its students, shaping the student voice across social media and digital channels.
The officer will create engaging, student-centred content for social media, podcasts, SMS and digital screens, manage online student communities, and use analytics and audience insights to improve content and engagement. The role works closely with colleagues across Student Experience and Success to plan campaigns, support student events and ensure communications are clear, inclusive and on brand.
The role suits a creative communicator with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or a related field, or equivalent experience, and strong skills in social media content creation, community management and analytics.
