Job Description

KnowBe4 is hiring a Senior Commissions Analyst to ensure the timely and accurate calculation of commissions for its sales teams.

The Senior Commissions Analyst will work alongside the Commissions Manager to ensure employee commission plans are properly created, maintained and updated in the organisation’s commission system, and will be responsible for the creation, review, analysis and validation of monthly reports for all commissions accrued and paid. Responsibilities include calculating monthly accrued commissions and commissions paid within month-end close deadlines, updating the commission system with employee and plan changes, developing and testing new commission plans, troubleshooting issues with the commission system’s personnel, reviewing commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness, and preparing commission expense reports, presentations and recommendations for sales and finance management.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of commission or payroll experience, or a combination of payroll and HR experience. Experience with the Xactly Incent commission system is preferred, along with SQL training and familiarity with general database functions, superior Excel skills including pivot tables, strong maths and numeracy skills, and excellent time management, organisation and communication skills. This is a full-time remote role, with remote positions open in the US office only. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 – $90,000, and the application deadline is 11/15/2026.
