Job Description

Array is hiring a bilingual child and adolescent psychiatrist for a 100% telepsychiatry position.
The Child & Adolescent Telepsychiatrist will provide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis and treatment, analyse and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose the nature and extent of behavioral health disorders, direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments as well as prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional or behavioral disorders, and collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses and other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress. The role also involves examining or ordering laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders, and participating in treatment team activities including the development and periodic review of treatment plans. This is a 100% telepsychiatry position, full-time at 40 hours per week, providing services remotely for patients accessing care from a community-based outpatient healthcare organisation, with a patient population aged 5 and over.
Applicants must be a bilingual child and adolescent psychiatrist with an active California license, and bilingual in Spanish is required. The role calls for an active state license, 1-3 years of experience since obtaining a license, intermediate to advanced experience with technology, strong communication skills and an established and updated CAQH profile, which is strongly preferred. Clinicians must have a private office space in their home or elsewhere for confidentiality, and will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses.
