Job Description

In Common With and Quarters are entering an exciting stage of growth, expanding product categories, strengthening global manufacturing partnerships and building the operational infrastructure needed to support long-term scale.
The Senior Supply Chain Manager, Fulfillment owns order fulfilment end to end for In Common With, accountable for order management, logistics and customer service across the full order lifecycle, including returns and resolutions, while continuously improving the operational workflows that support production and fulfilment. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this is a hands-on leadership role managing the Production and Service teams directly, with two direct reports, while working closely with Procurement, Inventory and vendor partners to keep customer orders moving smoothly from order to delivery. Responsibilities include driving cross-functional planning with production, procurement and inventory managers, identifying manufacturing delays early and coordinating schedule adjustments, managing the 3PL relationship and day-to-day fulfilment, overseeing order management from receipt to successful delivery, leading the Customer Service function and the RMA process, owning logistics strategy and budget across parcel, freight and white-glove delivery, establishing packaging standards, and building workflows and reporting for clear visibility into the order lifecycle.
Applicants should have 6+ years of order management, fulfilment, production and/or logistics experience, including 3+ years managing teams, with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, CSV and Excel, a deep understanding of parcel and freight shipping, crate packaging and damage mitigation for fragile products, and hands-on experience with Shopify and a modern WMS/shipping platform, with direct ShipHero experience a plus. The role calls for experience working with 3PLs, warehouses, FedEx/UPS and freight forwarders, comfort building dashboards and trackers in Google Sheets or Airtable, and experience with a service ticketing system or CRM. Candidates must be qualified to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. This is a full-time position based in the Gowanus, Brooklyn studio, working Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, with a target start date of February 4, 2027. The compensation is $100,000 – $120,000 annually, and the application deadline is November 30, 2026.
