Job Description

Delivery Hero is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its People Systems team in Berlin, Germany. This is a 6-month fixed-term, on-site role within People & Culture, leading the delivery of the People Systems roadmap and the technology that supports how the company hires, manages and develops its people.

The program manager will own and drive the People Systems roadmap, work with People & Culture and engineering stakeholders to define requirements, and coordinate the delivery of new systems, integrations and improvements. The work includes gathering insights through interviews and surveys, tracking key metrics, using data to inform decisions, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.

The role requires 4+ years of experience in product, project or program management, with a track record of delivering complex technical programs and strong stakeholder management skills. Experience with HR systems and a passion for improving the employee experience are an advantage. The role is based in Berlin with hybrid working, at least two days a week on campus.
