Job Description
The National Register of Health Service Psychologists is appointing a Marketing Coordinator to join its 12-person team. The coordinator plans, writes, and executes communication campaigns to members, prospective members, and other stakeholders; plans and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase recruitment and retention; designs social media graphics, advertisements, flyers, and brochures; prepares and sends the monthly e-newsletter; coordinates social media efforts including posts, outreach, and advertising; tracks and reports marketing, communications, and membership data; and promotes member benefit access and utilization. The role also supports marketing planning, metrics reporting, social media outreach, and other development activities, and takes ownership of developing and maintaining a comprehensive and integrated marketing strategy for the organization.
Candidates need an undergraduate degree and at least two years of relevant work experience in marketing/communications, customer service, and/or a related area. Desired skills include excellent written and verbal communication, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment, outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, Active Campaign, Salesforce, social media platforms, and Slack, curiosity, a professional and friendly demeanor, and a collaborative, team-player approach.
