Job Description

KEO International Consultants is hiring a Safety Officer, described in the posting as an HSE Officer role, based in Riyadh. The position assists in monitoring and enforcing safety standards in compliance with KEO’s Health and Safety Management System and client requirements. Duties include reviewing and inspecting work areas for potential hazards, ensuring site staff wear personal protective equipment, hard hats and protective footwear and operate construction equipment safely, conducting daily project inspections, and recommending changes where needed. In an emergency the officer investigates causes, prepares reports and recommends prevention measures, develops safety policies and provides OSHA safety training. The role requires 6 to 8 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant safety or engineering field, with a NEBOSH Certificate highly regarded.
