Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist for one of our corporate clients in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone immediately available who enjoys being the welcoming face of an organisation and providing exceptional front-of-house service.
In this client-facing position, you will handle incoming calls, greet and assist visitors, manage meeting room schedules, and support the administrative team with daily coordination tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a calm, professional demeanour, particularly when managing multiple priorities at once. You will also assist with courier arrangements, document handling, and general office support.
Requirements:
