Job Description

KEO International Consultants is hiring a QA/QC Engineer in Madinah, focused on precast concrete works. The engineer assesses contractor inspection requests, carries out material tests and dimensional checks on precast components, reviews shop drawings against contract drawings, codes and international best practice, and develops quality control plans for precast construction. The role monitors site quality and safety, keeps daily records and progress photos, and issues surveillance and non-conformance reports. High-rise and hospitality experience is expected, with eight years of experience and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
