Job Description

GroupL is recruiting an Operations Manager for its Facilities Management business in Abu Dhabi, responsible for the entire FM operation, including business development, planning, budgeting, maintenance programmes and contract performance. The manager creates and implements business development strategies, sets customer service and budgetary standards, establishes work plans and staffing for each project phase, and develops annual and life-cycle replacement maintenance programmes. The role covers all site staff and subcontractors, vendor and supplier management, monitoring and inspection programmes, standard operating procedures, and the financial and operational performance of contracts. Candidates need a degree in facilities management, mechanical engineering or a similar field, over 10 years of experience including three years in management within the GCC, and Arabic speakers are preferred.
