Job Description

Wood is recruiting a PMC Senior QA/QC Engineer in Abu Dhabi to support its ADNOC offshore project, based at the client office with a possibility to move to offshore rotation. The engineer leads all quality assurance and quality control activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring conformity with project deliverables, contract requirements, industry standards and the project quality management system, and that suppliers, contractors and partners comply with quality expectations. Responsibilities include developing the project quality policy, objectives and plan, managing the QA/QC organisation, resource plan and budget, preparing audit and monitoring programmes and QA/QC specifications, establishing QA/QC KPIs and reporting, approving contractor and vendor quality plans and inspection and test plans, and leading investigations into QA/QC concerns. A degree in quality engineering or equivalent and over 15 years of oil and gas experience are expected.
