Job Description

Decentralized Masters is hiring a Marketing Compliance Associate for a fully remote role, working from anywhere in the world. The role owns pre-launch review and ongoing monitoring of every externally facing marketing and sales asset, including paid ads, landing pages, webinar scripts, email and SMS flows and affiliate copy. It keeps advertising, earnings claims and sales-floor language inside FTC, SEC, platform and financial-promotion rules before anything goes live, and catches problems fast when something already has. Candidates should bring at least 3 years reviewing marketing and advertising content for FTC or SEC compliance, working familiarity with FTC guides, TCPA and CAN-SPAM, and strong editorial judgment.
