Job Description

Hostinger is hiring a Head of Data to own the company’s data function end to end, working remotely worldwide. The role fixes tracking end to end so marketing decisions rest on numbers people can act on, decides where the function invests across engineering, governance, analytics and product analytics, and pushes beyond obvious questions with open-ended data science exploration. It owns data quality as a discipline, builds literacy and self-service tools for other teams, and leads a high-performing data team at millions-of-customers scale. Candidates should bring a strong technical background across data engineering and analytics, a track record of building high-performing teams, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
