Job Description

AccorHotels is hiring a General Manager for Banyan Tree AlUla, its 5-star desert resort in the Ashar Valley in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. The General Manager oversees, directs and manages all areas of hotel operations with the Executive Committee, formulating and executing the property’s strategic vision and driving commercial results, budgeting, business planning and forecasting. Responsibilities include maintaining awareness of market trends and competitors, seeking new business, ensuring guest satisfaction and reputation management, implementing cost controls across payroll, purchasing and food and beverage, ensuring compliance with legal, health and safety and certification requirements, and managing maintenance standards. The role also leads hiring, employee engagement, talent development and performance management through department heads.
