Job Description
Al Futtaim Group is hiring a Head of Procurement – Sourcing to join its Group Procurement team in Dubai, leading strategic aspects of key indirect categories including IT, Logistics, Marketing and Human Capital across divisions globally. The role builds and leads a team of Category and Sourcing Managers, designing and executing business-aligned procurement strategies, acting as primary procurement business partner for business units on budget alignment, strategy and productivity, and delivering margin expansion initiatives. Responsibilities cover category strategy, total cost of ownership and should-cost modelling, compliance and risk management, demand management, source-to-contract execution and negotiations, supplier relationship management, and senior stakeholder management. An advanced degree, CIPS or equivalent, and over ten years of relevant experience, preferably in procurement and category management, are required.
