Coursera is hiring a Corporate FP&A Manager to sit at the centre of the broader finance team, helping leadership gain financial visibility and insights on the business.
The Corporate FP&A Manager will support the Director of Corporate Finance and collaborate with the global finance team to manage successful budgeting and forecasting processes, deliver strategic insights and clear reporting to key stakeholders, and translate complex financial data into compelling narratives for non-finance audiences. Responsibilities include managing, developing and improving key financial processes such as forecasting, budget planning and performance tracking, acting as a trusted strategic finance partner to department leaders on budget and ROI decisions, providing financial reporting and commentary to Coursera’s Board and management, and driving process improvements and automation to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort. Applicants should have 5+ years of corporate finance experience, including in consumer, enterprise and/or SaaS environments, with strong Excel and business modelling skills, experience leading complex cross-functional workstreams such as yearly planning cycles, and a demonstrated history of building financial statements and working with financial planning processes and systems such as IBM Analytics, Adaptive, NetSuite or Workday.
This is a full-time remote role, with the flexibility to work from home, an office or a collaboration space. The role is available in the following US Pay Zones: US Zone 3: $144,000 – $180,000; US Zone 4: $135,600 – $169,500. The application window is November 3, 2026 – November 16, 2026.
