Job Description

Faithful+Gould, part of SNC-Lavalin, is hiring an Asset and Logistics Manager in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia, for its project and programme management consultancy. Key responsibility areas cover accommodation management, vehicle and driver management, staff welfare and staff mobilisation. The manager develops and implements the Asset and Logistics sections of the Project Execution Plan, develops a real estate register and strategy, reviews lease contracts, carries out condition surveys, and develops maintenance strategies and preventive and reactive plans for all assets. The role also sets KPIs, provides updates for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, coordinates with HSE on asset inspections, develops welcome packs, manages new starter introductions and accommodation schedules, handles petty cash, and line-manages the Project Coordinator for Assets and Logistics.
