Job Description

United Arab Emirates University is offering two postdoctoral positions in the laboratory of Prof. Bassam Ali in the Departments of Genetics and Genomics, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, in Al Ain, working on pharmacogenomics in cardiovascular disease. Successful candidates should hold a PhD in a biomedical sciences discipline and have research experience in more than one of the following areas: pharmacogenomics, clinical pharmacy, bioinformatics, personalized medicine, genomics or human molecular genetics. The positions are supported by a Ministry of Education grant for three years. Interested candidates should submit electronically their curriculum vitae, a brief summary of research goals and the names of at least three referees. UAEU is a comprehensive, research-intensive university and the UAE’s flagship university.
