Job Description

Hostinger is hiring a Senior Corporate Lawyer for its Legal team, working remotely worldwide. The role oversees corporate governance, participates in key legal initiatives and projects, and ensures corporate and governance compliance across subsidiaries. It involves leading or supporting strategic legal projects such as group structure reorganisations, managing board resolutions and shareholder meetings, setting up and managing subsidiaries, and drafting and reviewing intragroup agreements. Candidates should bring a master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 5 years of legal experience post-graduation, with solid corporate governance and compliance knowledge.
