Job Description

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) is hiring a Customer Care Agent in Dubai to provide a professional one-stop customer service and create a positive impression of the bank through email correspondence, in line with the bank’s standards, operating procedures and policies. The agent answers incoming customer care emails to a high quality and productivity standard, applies accurate product and service knowledge, follows up activities and requests arising from customer calls, and delivers as promised. The role also involves recognising sales opportunities, cross-selling and generating leads while handling enquiries, identifying and logging complaints, providing management with regular customer feedback, applying security measures before releasing information, and recommending improvements to the email handling process. A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required.
