Kremlin Confirms US-Russia-Ukraine Peace Talks in Abu Dhabi on 10-11 November

Russia will take part in three-way peace talks with Ukraine and the United States in Abu Dhabi on 10-11 November, the Kremlin confirmed on Tuesday, 3 November 2026.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on a conference call that Vladimir Medinsky, an aide to Russian President Vladimir Putin, will serve as Moscow’s chief negotiator.

US envoy Steve Witkoff said on Monday that the United States would bring together delegations from Ukraine and Russia in Abu Dhabi to discuss post-war security agreements and de-escalation. The last US-mediated peace talks took place in February, before the United States and Israel launched a war against Iran.

Ahead of the Abu Dhabi talks, the European Commission will host a meeting on Wednesday with representatives from the United States, Ukraine and its key European allies. Commission spokeswoman Paula Pinho said on Tuesday the meeting will include France, Germany, the UK, NATO and the World Bank and will build on earlier talks that took place in Miami.
