Roles & Responsibilities

  • Construct and install wooden frameworks and structures, ensuring precision to support concrete and other materials.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately shape and size materials for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Measure and cut wood and other materials to specified dimensions, maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on vocational training in carpentry or construction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in shuttering carpentry, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction practices.
  • Certifications in safety training (OSHA or equivalent) are highly preferred to ensure workplace safety.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
