Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
  • Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and repair orders.
  • Coordinate between customers and workshop technicians.
  • Ensure timely updates and clear communication throughout service.
  • Monitor job progress and perform quality checks before delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues.
  • Promote additional services and maintain customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive aftersales.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and multitasking under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office or workshop management systems.
  • Diploma/Degree in Automotive or related field preferred.
  • UAE driving license and local market experience is an advantage.
