Job Description

Charles Sturt University is appointing a Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor in Information Studies in the School of Information and Communication Studies, based in Bathurst or Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. The senior academic role combines online undergraduate and postgraduate teaching with research leadership and supervision of Higher Degree by Research candidates. The appointee will help reshape curriculum for changing information professions and build industry partnerships. A doctoral qualification in Information Studies or a related field, plus proven teaching, research and supervision success, is required. Continuing, full time. Salary Level C $139,182 to $160,308 pa (plus 17% superannuation); Level D $167,348 to $184,243 pa (plus 17% superannuation).
