Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit, and returns while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves, ensuring that popular items are readily available for customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency preferred to serve diverse customer bases.
  • Attention to detail – Ensures accuracy in financial records, reports, and audits.
  • Analytical skills – Ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational skills – Keeps track of multiple tasks, deadlines, and financial documents.
  • Problem-solving skills – Identifies discrepancies and finds solutions to financial issues.
  • Ethical integrity – Maintains confidentiality and adheres to legal and professional standards.
  • Communication skills – Explains complex financial information clearly to non-experts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software – Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Tally, SAP & Similar tools.
