Job Description

Binghatti Hospitality in Dubai is hiring a QA/QC Officer to standardise its QSC (Quality, Safety, Cleanliness) system across the CUPAGAHWA café units. The officer manages the quality document system, creates compliance checklists, runs the audit programme, verifies supplier product quality, and keeps municipality-required files valid. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in a food-related discipline, at least two years of QA experience with a reputable catering or hospitality brand, and working knowledge of HACCP and food-safety standards.
