Job Description

BetterHelp, the world’s largest online therapy platform, is hiring a Senior Clinical QA Specialist to lead quality assurance and human evaluation for its AI mental-health tools. You will design evaluation rubrics and testing frameworks, audit AI outputs for clinical accuracy, empathy, safety, and bias, build risk escalation pathways, and partner with clinical leadership, product, and engineering to champion responsible AI. Candidates need a graduate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, at least three years of post-licensure clinical practice, and direct experience with digital mental-health products. Base salary is USD 125,000-150,000 plus performance bonus.
