Job Description

Alfanar in Riyadh is hiring a Mechanical Engineer specialising in plumbing and fire protection to develop, review and unify engineering codes for building mechanical systems. The engineer harmonises national standards for water supply, drainage and fire protection with NFPA, ASHRAE, IPC and ISO codes, adapts them to local conditions, sits on technical committees, and evaluates designs and submissions for compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and at least ten years of relevant design, technical review or code-development experience, with BIM familiarity (Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP) an advantage.
