Job Description
Revivn, a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through an end-of-life software platform, is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for its Fresno, California facility. This is a fully onsite role, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
The Logistics Coordinator keeps day-to-day logistics running smoothly: monitoring active shipments, GPS devices, and telematics platforms; tracking shipment exceptions and escalating delays, service failures, and safety concerns; managing GPS device deployment, recovery, and inventory; maintaining accurate logistics data, dashboards, and vendor performance metrics; preparing recurring reports on shipments, deliveries, fleet activity, costs, and savings; and coordinating freight scheduling, appointments, and transportation handoffs with drivers, carriers, vendors, and warehouse teams. The role also supports fleet, vendor, and compliance records, including certificates of insurance and audit documentation.
Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, dispatch, fleet, or administration, along with strong attention to detail, spreadsheet and database skills, and excellent communication. Experience with fleet operations, telematics, GPS tracking, reporting, audits, or compliance documentation is preferred. The expected pay is $24 to $28 per hour.
