Job Description
MBC Group is seeking an HSE Inspector to support health, safety and environment compliance across its operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role is centred on checking that facilities, equipment and day-to-day work practices meet HSE standards.
You will inspect workplaces, look into incidents when they happen, and help teams keep safe working practices in place, following up until corrective actions are closed out.
Key duties and requirements:
- Inspect facilities, equipment and work practices for HSE compliance
- Carry out safety audits and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses to identify root causes
- Prepare HSE performance reports and follow up corrective and preventive actions
- Deliver HSE training and staff inductions
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or a related field, with proven experience as an HSE Inspector
