Job Description

Etihad Airways is hiring an HR Process Excellence and AI Adoption Manager in Abu Dhabi to drive strategic process improvement and embed artificial intelligence across HR service delivery. The role leads process reengineering, standardises HR processes across the division and governs the HR process framework, embedding automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve consistency, scalability and employee experience. It advises process owners on performance, cost, cycle-time and quality metrics, partners with governance, compliance, data and analytics leads, and oversees continuous-improvement initiatives to realise business value and return on investment. Candidates need 7-10 years’ experience, including process or operational excellence, AI or automation exposure, Lean Six Sigma and tools such as Celonis or UiPath.
