Job Description

Serco is hiring an HR Advisor in Riyadh to provide professional generalist HR guidance and support to the business, helping achieve business objectives with a specific focus on performance management and aligning client and Serco employees under a new contract. Key duties include advising SME employees, line managers and contract HR Business Partners, supporting plans for performance management and learning and development, drafting and evaluating job descriptions in line with HAY, supporting the leaver process, and providing GRO support to staff based in Dubai under Serco Limited sponsorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, two to three years’ generalist HR experience in a multinational company, and fluency with Saudi Ministry of Labor, immigration and GOSI processes, payroll report review and regulations.
