Job Description

Al Futtaim Group is hiring a General Manager Legal in Riyadh to serve as in-house counsel for the Group in Saudi Arabia, providing strategic legal support across automotive, retail, real estate, banking, finance and insurance activities. Key work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, real estate, finance and insurance agreements such as leases, SPAs, management agreements, NDAs and MOUs, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, managing legal risk, handling litigation and disputes, managing external counsel, and advising on retail licensing, trademarks, company formation and corporate governance. The role also maintains communication with regulators and government entities on licensing and approvals. Candidates need a law degree with relevant qualifications and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
