Job Description

Canadian School Bahrain is a leading educational institution committed to providing high-quality Canadian curriculum education in Bahrain, dedicated to fostering academic excellence, creativity, and global citizenship among its students. The school is currently seeking an experienced English Teacher who has been exposed to teaching in an International curriculum, to join its English and Literature Department for the whole school, starting on 30 November 2026.

As an English Teacher at Canadian School Bahrain, you will be responsible for teaching English language and literature across the school, creating dynamic lesson plans that engage students at various levels, and maintaining proficient classroom management. You will bring strong knowledge of the Canadian curriculum standards for English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for student learning and development, a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment, open-mindedness towards diverse cultures and perspectives, a collaborative approach working effectively with colleagues, parents and students, and a dedication to continuous professional growth.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature with a recognized teaching license, and have at least 5 years of teaching experience in English language instruction. The school is located at Building 4499, Road 6447, Block 264, Diyar Al Muharraq, Muharraq Governorate, Bahrain. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
