Job Description
Reigate Grammar School Riyadh (RGSR) is a leading British international school in the Kingdom, committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. The school is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy SENDCo / Inclusion Lead to join its team from 4 January 2027 on a fixed-term basis.
The successful candidate will assist the SENDCo in managing the day-to-day operation of the school’s SEND provision, supporting teaching staff in identifying, assessing and planning appropriate interventions for students, monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records related to inclusion. The role also involves liaising with parents, external agencies and other stakeholders, and contributing to staff training on inclusive practices and awareness of diverse learning needs.
Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience working within special educational needs or inclusion roles, together with relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs Coordination or equivalent certification. A strong understanding of current legislation, frameworks and best practices relating to SEND, excellent communication skills, the ability to analyse data on student progress, and proficient organisational skills are also required.
