We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor / Cashier / Runner to join Tam’s Pizzeria. This role is perfect for someone with QSR experience, ideally from McDonald’s, who can manage daily operations, operate the POS system, take orders, oversee stock, and ensure smooth service in a small, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main cashier: take customer orders, operate POS, and handle payments accurately.
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring quality service and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels; reconcile with daily sales reports.
- Package orders and manage pickups/deliveries as needed.
- Assist in minor kitchen tasks and maintain cleanliness.
- Train and guide new team members to ensure consistent service.
- Communicate effectively with customers, kitchen staff, and management.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 year of supervisory experience preferably at McDonald’s (or similar fast-food environment).
- Strong understanding of stock control, reporting, and daily operations.
- Proficient with POS systems and computer skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
