Job Description

The University of Toronto’s Department of Cell & Systems Biology invites applications for a full-time tenure-stream Assistant Professor in Systems Neurophysiology, based at the St. George campus in downtown Toronto. The successful candidate will pursue innovative, independent research and teaching that complements existing strengths in neuroscience, genomics, and cell and developmental biology. The expected salary range is $125,000 to $175,000 CAD per annum, with an anticipated start date of 1 July 2027. Applications close on 16 November 2026.
