Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Wealth Management professional to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining client relationships while providing tailored investment solutions, financial planning, and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.

• Provide comprehensive wealth management services including investment advisory, estate planning, tax optimization, and retirement planning.

• Proactively manage and grow a book of business through client referrals, networking, and internal lead sources.

• Conduct portfolio reviews, asset allocation, and periodic performance reporting for clients.

• Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., investment research, legal, tax advisors) to provide holistic solutions.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, products, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).

• 2-3 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory roles.

• Proven track record of managing HNWI/UHNWI client relationships.

• Deep knowledge of investment products (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, etc.).

• Certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM (Series V-A, Series X-A/B) preferred or required depending on region.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-driven with a client-centric mindset and strong ethical standards.

Preferred Attributes:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

• Proficiency in CRM software and portfolio management tools.

• Multilingual skills are a plus (especially for international client base).
