Job Description

Reflex Media is hiring a UI/UX Designer for a full-time, salaried position that is fully remote within the United States. The designer works with direct exposure to the CEO and Head of Product and spends regular time with real members.

Base salary: $90,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and craft (as listed). Benefits include 99% coverage of the medical base plan plus dental and vision, 100% short-term and long-term disability and life insurance for qualified employees, a 50% 401(k) match up to 6%, and flexible PTO.

Key duties and requirements:
– Design user interfaces and experiences for Reflex Media products
– Work directly with the CEO and Head of Product
– Spend regular time with real members
