Job Description

Numeral is hiring a Tier 2 Support Specialist in Salt Lake City, working hybrid. The role owns hard sales-tax cases start to finish, including filing discrepancies, state notices, stuck registrations and refund claims, and serves as go-to partner for a portfolio of strategic accounts. It involves researching primary sources, writing clear and calm customer replies, bridging support and product on integration issues, and sharing knowledge with the team. Candidates should bring a tax background with 2+ years of US sales tax compliance work, or 5+ years in customer support owning cases end to end, plus client-facing and strong research skills.
