We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company’s store/warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, supervising staff, and maintaining smooth store operations in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store/warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Implement and monitor stock control systems to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for inventory requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards in the store.
- Prepare regular reports on stock movements and store performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and stock management systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
