Job Description

Cloover is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its Berlin team, on a full-time, permanent, on-site basis, reporting to the CTO and working within a cross-functional squad, with work in production from the first week. The engineer will own features end-to-end across frontend and backend using modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks, design and maintain scalable, secure APIs, model and operate SQL and NoSQL databases, architect cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform, and integrate secure authentication flows including OAuth and SSO, while upholding high standards for testing and code quality. Applicants need 8-10 years of professional software engineering experience with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, strong cloud infrastructure experience, database expertise and proven API development experience, and must be based in Berlin and fluent in English.
