We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager or a high-performing aspiring Sales Manager who can lead, build and scale a sales team from the ground up. This is a leadership opportunity for someone ready to take ownership, create structure and drive growth in a competitive, high-ticket industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans for MENA and African markets.
– Build, train and lead a motivated sales team to exceed targets.
– Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
– Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
– Drive high conversion rates for high-value (high-ticket) clients.
– Represent the company professionally and uphold our premium brand image.
– Work closely with senior management to align sales goals with company vision.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate:
– Female professional with proven success in sales leadership within the MENA or Africa region.
– Strong background in high-ticket or consultative sales (real estate, investments, luxury services, etc.).
– Experience in building a sales team from scratch or scaling an existing one.
– Entrepreneurial mindset; resourceful, proactive and performance-driven.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
